hey guys, just wanted to ask you what are some excercises i could do to improve my benching.
Its only improved about 10 pounds in the past 2 months while my deadlifts and squats have improved greatly, (both + 35) . But my benching still sucks... why?
 
What type of pressing motions you do?

How is your pulling strength compared to your pressing strength?
 
yeah, shit... I forgot all about it. I file these things in the "do this as soon as you get a fucking opportunity" section of my brain and unfortunately it's got a 2 minute retention time... I'll get on top of that right now.
 
for the record, what stick point signifies what?

give examples of say, 1 inch above your chest, 6 inches above your chest, high towards your neck vs. low towards your stomach....what do they all mean?

I stick about 5 or 6 inches off my chest approximately vertical over my nipples, and lets just say that my bench blows for my size, and ive been workin out for a while. diagnose please.
 
my bench is vertical to my nipples 2, i bring the bar down all the way to my chest, i use a wide grip.
