Bench Press/Deadlift Comp Draft Thread

Please do not post in here unless you are a captain for a team, we are trying to get this done as quickly and painlessly as possible

Anyone is more than welcome to watch, if you have any comments about anything please post it in the "2012 Team Comp" thread. You can not switch teams once you have been drafted, no "me and so-so want to swap", take pride in the team you are on.

Also, if you get drafted near the end its nothing against you, its important for captains to pick people that will make some good gains, but above all its important to pick people that will still be around in 6 months. So if you are a white belt that has 18 posts, dont feel bad if you are dead last, nothing personal


Captains:

once the draft is over just make a training log for your team, it would be a good idea to reserve the first 2 or 3 posts in your log to keep track of PR videos and numbers

I know a few people still have to max out before the end of the new year, so just go with the numbers we have now and then youll just have to change them if someone maxes out before then.

PLEASE number your posts, it will make it easier for everyone, that way when someone sees pick 32, if they have pick 33 they know to go. Also please have some kind of list in front of you so you can cross off the lifters as they get drafted. I will have a master list in the OP but it would save time if you had something in front of you for reference
