I'm on SS at the moment and will be for some considerable time, so it's a moot point for me. But I'm curious as to how one would works Squats and Deadlifts into that program.
The simplest way would be as a 4 day split. So you'd have two upper body days, as described in that routine, and something like either (1) a squat day, and a deadlift day along with various assistance exercises, or (2) a heavy lower body day, and a volume or speed lower body day.
