Ben Nguyen believes he’s the guy to dethrone Demetrious Johnson

I know Ben Nguyen has quite a few TKO losses on his record including that blemish to Smolka but I think his footwork is pretty unique.

He can hit you from either the left or right side and he covers distance fast. He rocked Elliott with a left-head-kick standing southpaw before he tapped him. And that’s another thing, his wrestling/BJJ is super solid and is improving every single fight.

I’m pegging him as the dark horse of the division.

Well why not? Evryone else gets completely dominated by MM. A few losses doesnt mean that much, lawler, rda etc had blemishes and they went on as champ. Not saying he would beat MM but he has a good a chance as anyone
