According to MMA Junkies John Morgan's Twitter just under 4,000 have been sold. Wiki says the arena can hold up to 14,000. Does anyone know if Bellator are using the full arena? There is obviously still 3 weeks to go but those are worrying ticket sales. A ringside seat costs more than the same seats at Pettis Thomson btw.

They won't use the whole arena; they'll probably configure it for about 5000. If they sell them all, open up more. If they don't sell them all, give the rest away.

It baffles my mind how so many "fight fans" worry about all this ticket sales BS. People always get right into this when it has nothing to do with them and its out of their control.

Who cares how much $ an org will make, just enjoy the fights.

It's a great event.. People should go. 4000 is not bad so far, sell a few more and it's wtevr.

    It's a good ppv card.

To be fair they just starting promoting the event about 2 weeks ago on just Spike. I'm sure they havn't even started the ad and promotion blitz yet incorporating the fighters. If they have 30% seats taken 3 weeks out I wouldn't be surprised to see them reach 8k by fight night.

The tweet was: "Just received word that Bellator's PPV event has sold approximately 1,700 tickets so far, with another 2,000 on consignment."

Because if you been around long enough the success of orgs affect the fighters directly. So most fans would like to see orgs be successful. Not too mention when they do fold up shop it really leaves a lot of fighters in limbo with there contracts.

    That sounds like TNA.

Put Hulk Hogan, Sting, and War Machine on the card! That'll draw the marks!

I watched TNA the other night. Sting looks like such a can wrestling in a t-shirt.

Sting is too embarassed of his physique to go without. It started with the singlet then moved on from there.

I'd take a comped ticket and watch it until the Curran fight finished then go home. Top 3 fights on the PPV are legit spitting on Bellator's policy lol
