Additionally, the reported figures do not reflect any deductions made by the commission for taxes, insurance, etc., and do not include any sponsorship money that a fighter may acquire for their performance.

Honestly, I'm over fighter pay. I used to post in fighter pay threads and say they're under paid but now I don't care.

Bellator didn't force him to sign the contract. If he's not complaining why are you?

I don't care personally. But i thought this was worth pointing out since half of sherdog(and a large portion of the worldwide forum) think that the UFC is absolutely screwing their fighters.

How much did you expect him to be paid? That's as good as Zaromskis gonna get outside the UFC to be honest. Remember Bellator ain't making money like the UFC is.

I wouldn't pay 6K to watch him fight.

Should be happy that someone will.

The guys getting a grand to fight can't possibly train properly or have any sort of management....

If he wanted more money, he shouldn't have signed the contract.

Lol at the replies in this thread.
The UFC is consistently screwing the fighters by paying them more than the competition. Dana White is the fucking antichrist and needs castrating.

I say the exact same thing regarding UFC fighters, and anyone else that does business with another party - If you don't like the contract, don't sign it.

Don't fucking come on here spouting off with your plain old common sense.
Nobody gives a shit.

damn, guess he can't sign with another org that pays well at all. If 6k is the best contract available for him i have no clue how whitemare lives

First page is derptastic. Zaromskis nearly KO'd Nick Diaz for that SF title, that was after winning another major promotions title. He is ALSO Very exciting and improves wtevr card he is on. I would make it a fkn point to watch a weaker UFC PPV if he were on it. Dude should have been signed by the UFC and told Spikeator to shove that # up their azz. He did not, but it's still a knock on the entire sport that the guy isn't making fkn minimum wage. It honestly kind of pisses me off a lot. Is it because he has "white"in his nick-name?? How much is jason high making these days? Zaromskis is half the reason I'm watching the card.. If getting beat by an elite striker like Koreshkov means you aren't worth anything anymore, I guess guys should stay the hell out of Bellator.

i support bellator because I support competition.. but fighter pay across the board needs to go up... hopefully bmma has a banging year so that Viacom could give coker more money to play with... god knows we need more fulltime mma fighters in mma.. as opposed to earn your 6k on Saturday and clock back in a papa johns with stiches on your face and two missing teeth on Monday.
