I just went to go order the PPV and see when the prelims started on Spike TV, only to notice that of course the prelims are tape-delayed and thus playing at the SAME TIME as the PPV.
What a screw up. In this age not having live sports is laughable in the first place. But having your PPV play at the same time as the prelims on spike (which also lyingly say LIVE on the info) is a recipe for disaster.
Asking people to order a PPV is already a huge task, but can you imagine how many confused people are just going to watch the 8-10 PM PST prelims thinking it's the main fights?
I guarantee you this is going to lose them PPV's. I'll still order but it's pretty ridiculous I can't watch the prelims until after I finish watching the main card.
Also on a side-note I have comcast which is the most common service in my area.
Rant over. Had to get that off my chest as tape-delays are IMO one of the biggest things holding Bellator back.
