My educated guess would be that international audiences can watch the whole event on the App, but the wording was poor so I can't say that for certain. It'd be strange for international audiences to only be able to see the prelims and nothing else. But the way it specifically says it, prelims worldwide but main card US only on the app.

app should support chromecast. im wathcing on android device plugged into my tv but theres a chromecast icon in teh corner (using US vpn because despite their claims its not available worldwide)

edit: working on a french vpn as well

but the stream quality is shit and no way of changing the bitrate
