Gone for a Saturday again. Not sure if there's a UFC card that day.

EDIT - It's going head to head with a Fight Night.

That UFC card is trash so just with these 2 fights announced, it's already way better than the UFC card

Head to head this year: UFC is losing badly to Bellator (on paper)

The main issue with this one so far (there's no main announced yet so we don't know what that will be) is that Holly Holm is actually quite a big draw.

In terms of a fight for hardcores it is, it's just interesting to see what level of fight the UFC needs to outdraw big Bellator ones. We'll see how much bigger numbers Hall Vs Strickland with a terrible undercard does than AJ Vs Patricio and that'll give us some indication.

Rumble at least has the advantage of being known to the UFC fanbase though.

That's gonna be great. After a few stinky cards leading up to 263 it looks like they're back on the right track. The London card could use some juice, and I'm making assumptions about the Moscow card being good because of the immense Russian talent they have on the roster but I'm pleased nonetheless.

This is nice and all but it seems they won't even have a single card in September.

Maybe Coker has to work in a brothel for a month or something as part of his deal with the devil for all the UFC cancellations tonight.

I’m gonna assume Yoel is gonna fight someone on this card as well so he can act as back up if anyone drops out

266 is missing so assuming that’s the lone September card. The London one is 267 according to the Bellator official tweet

WTF is Bellator doing going head to hewd with the UFC? That is just bad business for them. PFL going head to head with Bellator is bad, but Bellator going head to head with the UFC is worse. If 263 does even remotely good you can expect Dana to throw a big name in his event to fuck over Bellator.

That is an awesome main and co-main events btw. Fucking solid and on par with any UFC event can put together without their big names.

Dana doesnt give a single shit what Bellator is doing. Aint you guys say he was gonna make a quick huge fight or PPv to counter this event? LOL

UFC has the worst card of the year for them and will still out draw Bellators biggest all time fight probably 800k to 150k. UFC's so far ahead and making so much money they dont care about what anyone else is doing like they did a decade again.

bellator cant even draw 100k viewers on showtime. UFC can go out and sign guys from the local bar to fill their card and they will pull more than 10 times the viewers bellators best card can pull.

nobody gives a shit about bellator. Everyone has moved on to Combate.

Bellator poses no danger to the UFC but Dana is petty AF. Remember last year when they financed some local French bums to put on a show a day before Bellator did just so Bellator wouldnt be the first in France. Remember Anderson vs James Irving? Put together in a few days just so it could go at the same time as Fedor vs Sylvia

Yeah like I said a decade ago they cared. They cared what Affliction was doing. They dont care today.

If they cared you'd have seen a big main event on this card tonight.

and what are you talking about they financied an org to be first in France? Where was that ever reported?
