    Bizarre.
Maybe they'll use the money to sign Eric Schafer.

Is it possible that LaRue didnt want to be re-signed and asked to be let go?

    Not surprising, TBH.

At this point it seems clear Bellator assesses the value of a fighter largely based on how much of a television commodity they are.

If the quarter hour for Kimbo Slice vs Adryan II brings in higher ratings than a Burley fight, then that is the direction Bellator will focus on.

This must be a mistake. You're supposed to get a title shot for beating Bubba.

I feel worse for most of the prospects and originals who still are in Spikeforce, because it's been clear for a while now they don't value them, unless they have beach muscles or a criminal background. They aren't getting fights, they aren't on tv, or there is no attention paid to making a logical match-up for them which furthers their future interests. I don't think Bellator has any really.

WSOF can go away, Bellator devolve into the senior tour, and UFC chase numerous different conflicting interests. It's about time for a new prospect/original talent organization to pop up like we had with WEC, mid-run Bellator, and SF to an extent. On that front, save us Bjorn, indeed. Hopefully his no compete has about expired.

He could be a good opponent for Nick Newell in the WSOF.

Brent Primus is next to go. Gotta make room for Scott Smith.

Coker has to match his old 60,000 per fight 10 fight Strikeforce contract.

He should go to Titan. They don't have a really deep Lightweight division. Rick Hawn, Milan Zerjal, EJ Brooks. He'd be a good opponent for the latter two.

Who cares, he's boring and has shit cardio. Let Bellator keep signing REAL names and REAL prospects.

well to be fair Alexander just fought his last fight on his contract I believe. He likely won't be back. If he does come back though I still wanna see that fight with Thompson
