UFC has done a very good job of convincing the masses they have all the best fighters in the world, even when that very clearly isn't the case

They have the majority of the best. The depth is ridiculous.

They have 80-90% of them though... enough to consistently make interesting matchups. Bellator has several really good people, but they end up fighting cans because they have no DEPTH.

That's what a lot of these guys don't get, even if Bellator has a few guys that could be #1 in their weight class, the depth is the important part

Yes. But they don't have all the best. And there are plenty of top 10 per division and 100 and top 200 fighters overall that the UFC doesn't have that they want everyone to this they do have all top ~500 guys except a few boring weirdos who stay in bellator.

While guys who shouldn't be in the top 3-5K are definitely on the UFC's bloated 700 fighter roster being advertised as one of the best mma fighters on earth

Not every fighter is being advertised as the best, but the UFC is doing its job pushing its fighters. They would be stupid not to.
