Injury forces Paul Redmond off Bellator Dublin, Jon Tuck steps in to face Brandon Girtz

How can some Bellator events have 9000 fights? To my understanding this card has 21 fights?!?

They multi event cards are so stupid.

Like the overseas cards from the UFC, this card is not built for the North American audience. It's to get locals to buy tickets.

True but then dont break it up to serve multiple masters. Make it Dublin card then.

UFC China event doesnt air and then get split up so one part airs on this network in China, another 5 fights airs on another network and then 4 fights get tape delayed for ESPN at night.

they just do a China show, its for that market but it airs in US at 3am start time and thats it.

I'm probably one of the few on here who has consistently enjoyed the lineup portion of these Bellator Euro Series cards (I enjoy BAMMA and Cage Warriors what can I say) but as has been stated the way they broadcast these events couldn't possibly be more asinine and less fan friendly.

Looks like Venom is back to can crushing.
I was about to say this, they finally took a risk with him that didn't pay off then revert to form

Bellator is operated so much more like Boxing than it is the UFC

tons of guys asking this fight on twitter, including AJ Agazarm and Cody Gibson lol

James Gallagher gets ex-UFC fighter Roman Salazar as Bellator Dublin replacement opponent

Even news sites have to use the UFC to get people to read their Bellator articles <Lmaoo>

It's never "MMA veteran" just "UFC veteran" or ex-UFC fighter in this case, hilarious!!

Brandon Girtz has withdrawn from the Bellator 227 co-main event against Jon Tuck with six days until the event.

On Saturday, Girtz (16-8 MMA, 8-6 BMMA) revealed that he’s been dealing with a lingering injury that he was forced to finally give into. Thus, he’s unable to compete in his lightweight co-headliner against Tuck (10-5 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) on Friday’s card at 3Arena in Dublin.
