I disagree. He should stay how he is.
No need to play a character for a couple of bucks and always have to look over your shoulder.

He's gotta pick a lane then. He seems torn between trying a heel character and trying to be liked. Fans can smell that neither persona is genuine, hence the hate.

and you clearly didn't watch the fight lol. Burns hurt his arm on a takedown in rd 1 and it was the narrative for the entirety of the fight. YOU are the one who formed your opinion off reading a headline after the fact.
 
Gotta be honest didn't even watch the end of the fight, much less the interview, went back to playing the new zelda until the main started.

They don’t like him because he is an Arab and a Palestinian. If he was a Joe from Kansas they would have liked him.

Didn't Belal acknowledge he knew that Burns was compromised post fight? Seemed to suggest that made him more dangerous. Not sure I agree given Burns couldn't throw a left without wincing or grapple at all. Belal did what he needed to do to win, and played it safe fair play to him but I wonder if he'd absolutely starched Burns maybe he might not have had to wait around till whenever Leon and Colby get lined up. Leon was talking about not wanting to fight Colby, after that performance he's going to prefer to fight Colby.

Colby was saying he might have to fight again, now I don't agree that he'll have to defend getting the next title shot but if they don't make Colby Leon for a few months then with a layoff after that for the winner Belal might not be fighting again this year. After that showing I'm not much bothered if that's the case.
