Yeah if he had not fought half awake & was able to win one more round he'd be the champion right now. He made a big deal out of tweaking his sleeping schedule to be ready to fight at a strange time too, didn't seem to work.

That loss for Leon, was imho, the worst kind of loss there is. By which I mean a loss where you have to look yourself in the mirror and face up to the fact that you may have been able to win if you have put forth more effort. Those are the losses that haunt you.

If you go out and give 100% effort, you were well prepared, you gave it everything you had, left it all out there etc, there is no shame, no regret. You lose one time and you move forward with your chin up.

Leon loses this fight every times he looks himself in the mirror for the rest of his life.
