Regarding the Saudi Royalty, nothing will come about from it...not even a ticket or fine, or even a verbal reprimand.

Edit: It's been 2 years, hopefully Justice will come to these guards

It is not a generalization.

It is not part of American culture to treat people as sub human. It is innately part of Saudi culture to treat non Saudis and non Muslims as sub human and dog shit.

Given that its been two years and not much has been done about it yet, I wouldnt count on it.
 
If something is done now, will the following statement apply?

"Ofcourse when such news gets public , they are forced to do something , only for PR reasons."
