I couldn't do it either. I don't know you're exact reasoning but the fact that I'd be paying paying some girl to have sex with me that doesn't want to is just creepy to me. The entire time you're humping them, they're probably just thinking how much they want the experience to end. I couldn't get turned on with that in my head unless she was into it and telling me I was better than the other 2,000 guys she's slept with. Then in that case I'd be thinking about was diseases are hopping from her body onto mine and I'd be turned off again.

I would say do not pay for an escort/hooker. I have only done so once in my life and it was only because I wanted something specialized.

Maybe this is just me, but I need at least a slight connection with someone before I want to have any kind of sex with them. If I am paying someone to be with me I know absolutely that they have no desire to be there whatsoever. They only want my money. And I find no enjoyment in that. I couldn't even enjoy a great BJ if I knew the girl probably thought I was scum.

I am not the best looking guy in the world, I'm not famous and I don't have a lot of power or money. And yet somehow I have managed to sleep with a lot of women. Each time I have convinced a woman that I'm good enough for her to go to bed with, it meant something to me. Part of the thrill is getting to that point. If you skip ahead just by paying money, in my mind you've cheated which makes it completely pointless.

I don't judge people who pay for sex, because we all have different views of the world, but I wouldn't recommend it.
 
Sometimes you just need to nut in a girl. Hookers are good because its guaranteed sex without the emotional attachment.

Nothing wrong with it. Experience can be hit or miss.

Pros:
you know you're getting a home run
no risk of crazy girl calling/stalking/in love with you, getting preggers, etc
it's a business relationship
if you do your research and find a good girl, experience can be really good

Cons:
if you're sloppy, you can get busted
you might get a mediocre to subpar experience

Overall, the expense and time wasted in hitting on, chasing after, and dating girls to get some action is not worth the headaches, heartaches, and craziness that can potentially follow. I date for relationships. Dating for hookups can be treacherous IMO.

Closest I've come was hitting one before she became a stripper a couple of years later. It was quality.
