So far it's been great. Anybody else adding coffee to their protein shakes?
I add coffee to my shakes.
My wife adds protein powder to her coffee.
There is a subtle but distinct difference.
Not into Diarrhea at 10am, but whatever works for you.
Awe does somebody got irritable bowels?
hershey squirts brah, almost shit in my pants at the gym once. Coffee is like and instant diuretic for me sometimes.

It's pre-workout and protein all in one.
what about post workout?
I just drink coffee before working out. protein shake is after

Here's my recipe:
12 oz whole milk
30g chocolate peanut butter whey protein powder
1 tsp coffee crystals
12 ounces seem like a lot of milk
will try with 6 or 8 first
Separate names with a comma.
