Who's got them? I've only heard of cooking them in bacon fat with onions. Do any of you have any good ideas on how to prepare it?
 
liver, sliced
mushrooms
parsley
chives
garlic
flour
2 tbsp oil
butter
lemon juice
Black pepper

Put the mushrooms, parsley, chives and garlic in a bowl and mix together.
Coat the liver with the flour.
Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and quickly fry the liver, mushrooms and herbs for 3 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and pepper.
Toss in some wholemeal spagetti if you want
Done

Or you could try stir-fry

Take a basic recipe, garlic, soy sauce, honey, pepper etc.
marinate liver strips in the mix.
Chuck it all in a wok for a few minute's.
Serve with noodles, beansprouts & chopped spring onions.
