liver, sliced
mushrooms
parsley
chives
garlic
flour
2 tbsp oil
butter
lemon juice
Black pepper
Put the mushrooms, parsley, chives and garlic in a bowl and mix together.
Coat the liver with the flour.
Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and quickly fry the liver, mushrooms and herbs for 3 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and pepper.
Toss in some wholemeal spagetti if you want

Or you could try stir-fry
Take a basic recipe, garlic, soy sauce, honey, pepper etc.
marinate liver strips in the mix.
Chuck it all in a wok for a few minute's.
Serve with noodles, beansprouts & chopped spring onions.
