Definatelly. Drank Wodka yesterday and "danced" (if you can call it that :icon_chee) all night.
I expected being able to this kind of stuff in about a year. Turborecovery for the win.

Never really liked beer or wine. I only drink alcohol to get drunk not becasue I like the taste. So liquor or tabwater are the only fluids I ingest

I tolerate milk and all diary products very well.
Juices are not hte best idea becasue of the acid.
But havne't relly tried it out yet.
