Sad thing to say.................but damn, he is right.
 
In Barstool's defense, they are the "media" that too mma fans and the UFC deserves. Not to mention fighters like Charles Jourdain as well. Sad but true.

Words are just Words but if their directed at someone you better be ready for the consequences of those words. That Prank video pissed me off that wasn't cool at all. That has nothing to do with freedom of speech but that infringed on a mans privacy. That "prankster" is a punk and those who defended him just suck.

You’re right cuz Dana is out there dropping mma knowledge. It’s an established business. Dana’s job isn’t to be well versed in mma. This reminds me of you have to have done it to teach it. This is proved false time and again. Now had you pointed out the dummy trying to create a watch company you would have a strong argument. He tried to do something just because he loved expensive watches and thought he could just make a watch expensive and try to market it. What he didn’t know was that the watch community is full of people who will rip your shit real quick when it’s a fraud. But what Portnoy is good at is marketing his own douchebaggery. Which seems to be Dana’s only talent as well. Two peas, different pod.

i dunno, it helps that Dana has some knowledge of MMA because in press conferences he can answer those questions without sounding like he's making it all up. gotta remember MMA is in part an established business because of Dana. i tried watching a Barstool event a few times and Dave's commentary is damn near braindead. he also didnt seem to know much about combat sports at all when i saw snippets of his interview on Rogan's podcast. despite his failings, Dana can talk MMA seriously. can Dave talk boxing or MMA seriously? because ive never seen him do it. and i dont know about you, but i wouldnt take a class from someone who had never actually done the subject. that seems counterintuitive.

did Dana really try to make a watch company? lmao i have to know more about that.
