Barnett free or f-ed again?

Once Dana hired former CIA black ops to spike his tap water with roids the contract was good as ded

Because Barnett fights clean so he doesn't need to go to one of those steroid organizations. He want's to fight in the big show. And fight clean. Because he is clean.

Barn-Roidz holds the record for most UFC fails, I think.

He knocked out USADA... Now he should ditch the UFC and give us the fight 12 years in the making.... Barnett vs Fedor!!! Shoot , I'll watch it.

Yes. He only cheated when he had to fight Couture.

Free but has to enter USADA testing pool so default 6 months wait.

Or get release from UFC contract.

So taking a tainted supplement* somehow means you are exonerated? You still had the shit in your system bud.

*finding a supplement that has whatever you failed for in it and claim you were taking said supplement.

or intentionally take supplements with whatever banned PED you want to take.

Most of the time I'm guessing supplements wouldn't contain enough of what there "tainted" with to give much benefit.

I do kind of suspect theres some truth to Barnett's point that they viewed him as someone to make an example of. There does seem to be a double standard developiong were big names late in their careers the UFC don't really need that much get treated more harshly than fighters at the top of the sport who they do.

they put the PEDs in them on purpose so that people who use them get the benefit of the drug.

Because he wanted to prove his innocence. People have a real problem with being wrongly accused. A fighter retiring means nothing in combat sports. It just shows he's not interested in being in their testing pool, complying with their methods. 1,5 years of hassle over nothing. Now he can ask for it since this usada shit is done.

Josh argued he should be considered a first time offender. USADA wanted to treat him like a multiple offender. the arbitrator agreed with Josh.

frankly, USADA's perspective wasn't all that unreasonable. Josh just had a better legal angle.
