I'm going to switch to an all-hip thrust program.
Conditioning will be pretty easy to figure out.
I'm going to switch to an all-hip thrust program.
Anybody else go up on their toes at the top of each rep with this movement? I do the exercise for BJJ, so I try to somewhat mimic the motion of a good, high bridge. Any disadvantages to lifting the heels off the ground at the top?
