Absolute waste of Baraos time, Wineland has nothing for him.

I'm surprised at the amount of absolute morons who are picking Wineland because he has a couple of flashy KO's.

Everyone else is hurt, booked or been beat. Such is life bro. That's why its underneath another title fight.

With all the bizarre matchmaking lately, this is the fight you decide to bitch about?

Really?

I don't see what the problem is, Barao needs to defend his interim belt and Wineland is one of the contenders.

It's a garbage fight, Wineland is not even a top 20 BW.

I agree.

Just like Silva v. Weidman.

Weidman had no chance. Waste of a fight.

Ok. Now you're being silly. Let's cut to the chase.

Who would you have booked? And keep in mind Faber and MacDonald are booked to fight each other already.

Ok so take them off the card and Barao can lose a paycheck and wait until Cruz comes back. Also UFC 165 will be weaker on paper. That sounds Iike the right thing to do!

People moaning about this, the Thompson fight, let's just have all the champs sitting on the shelf shall we?

I agree.

Weidman was a worthy opponent, he was undefeated and dominated all of his opponents.
Weidman had the ability to at least LnP a win.

Wineland is 2-2 in the UFC, he should be 1-3 as he lost to Brad Pickett as well IMHO but got a lucky split decision.
He brings nothing to the table, was absolutely dominated by Faber and Benavidez.

I'd rather watch Demetrious Johnson come up in weight and challenge Barao considering neither of them really have any decent competition.
Or Frankie Edgar drop to 135 and challenge.

Why would you complain about it? We get to see barao back in action man! He's so exciting and who would you match him up against?

wineland poses some challenges to Barao, it'll be a lot closer than people like to imagine

Lol, who would you give it to? Dillashaw? Assuncao?

I don't think that Wineland has anything for Barao either, but it's hard to deny that he's the rightful contender with Faber and McDonald already losing to Barao recently.

its a good fight. wineland always brings it and its a perfect fight to hype barao before the match vs Cruz

It's a garbage fight, Wineland is not even a top 20 BW.

UFC has him in 5th, but that includes Cruz at 1 so really he is 4th.

I look forward to your list of 20 better BWs.

Sure its not the toughest fight for Barao, but that is more because of Barao being amazing than Wineland being unworthy.
