"Baptism by fire"-toughest MMA debuts

I found the winner, his name is Yuji Nagata

Yuji Nagata has only fought twice: A prime Cro Cop in his debut and then a prime Fedor.

EDIT: Someone found him before me! Well played sir.

Yeah...in post #1 :icon_chee

Why are people mentioning Brock Lesnar? He debuted against a 2-5 Min Soo Kim.

Unless you're talking UFC debuts.

Andre Gusmao's UFC debut was against the GOAT, yo.

Akira Corassani (FW) fought Cormiers bext opponent Dion Staring (HW) on like a days notice in his debut...crazy!!

Struve has had the hardest road ever in the UFC.

Nastula is the winner easily.

Debuts in June of '05 at 35 years old, against Big Nog, proceeds to fight Aleks, Edson Drago(who was undefeated and a solid prospect at the time), and Josh Barnett by October '06.

And he did well in all of those fights, he was extremely close to beating Barnett with a leglock at one point, if I remember correctly.

Nobody had a harder first 4 fights than Pawel.

Dong Sik Yoon

Two guys that are underrated, not just their debuts but almost every fight in their careers have been absolute murderers rows. I still have my passport to the Dongbar nation in case he ever decides to come back
