Well at that level of art auctions I would assume there is some sort of insurance up until the physical transfer of the piece. I'm sure all parties were involved in this publicity stunt though

I think a couple pieces sold to randoms and are now worth a shitload of money because they’re originals. But yeah, I dont think his ‘art’ is mind blowing or earth shattering by any means. If he really hates the ‘scene’ so much then stop doing it and go do something else. But that isn’t the truth, the truth is he (or they) love playing out their version of the scene.
