Anyway, my back is still iffy. On occasion it'll have a jolt of pain, or just make standing up a training exercise for when I become geriatric. Still I can almost always move my leg without any pain now, so I started pushing it a little today.

Strange day. I felt like shit, the lift felt like shit but I knew the weight was moving pretty well. I was a helluva lot stronger today than I felt.
