Bands from your country/region/city that should have made it, but didn't

Oh how could I forget these guys...

Capital Poets. Used to be a very Pantera-ish style. These guys lived in an apartment upstairs from me about 10 years ago when I was single, we used to party every night. They changed their name a couple years ago and changed into more of a 90's grunge style almost. The singer is a guy named Wacy, and he's off-the-charts good. One of the best live singers I've ever seen, and I don't just mean locally.

Hope they make it, they're amazing guys in addition to a fabulous band.



PS. There's a little clip in the beginning of the video with some music blaring for a second, that's their "old band" even though it's all the same guys. They just changed their name and their style. Kind of a cool nod to their old stuff though.

there is an english indie rock band called "My Vitriol", they released an album called "Finelines" in 2001 which was a minor classic and they were awesome live. i was always suprised and disappointed they didn't make it big. they are still around somewhere i think but they haven't released any music in forever.
