Bananas ?

Slice on down the middle, not all the way, stick a flake in the middle, wrap it in foil, shot it on the barbecue.

Not done it with a flake but with chocolate buttons. Tastes like rum.
 
Love them, have about 4 a day. On their own, in protein shakes, mashed up onto white bread. Some times I just wrap a slice of bread around a banana and eat it like that. Love banana bread, love them on cereal (normally weetabix).

Good source of potassium, very good for you, easy to carry around and eat.

I have about 4 over the course of a school day and nothing else, normally. Keeps me fresh and nourished.
