Hi guys, Looking to design a new 30-40 minute bag routine. I've done Sinister's bagwork 101 for the past 4-5 months and I think I've gotten what I need out of it, and also i'd like to move on. I added on extra rounds at the end too using continuous flow and a round that strat gave me a tip about for speed recently I've been doing this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZkEgqzn2os but I don't really like it much, just personal preference. I'd like the workout to be a conditioning and a skill based work out to increase power, accuracy and speed. any tips would be appreciated
Thanks sin. I did a through search of bagwork via the search engine but mainly got videos of pros doing bag work or of guys training. Thanks for the heads up on this. Your last e routine helped greatly
