They are actually underrated especially Chubb Roc.

This is true. Chubb Rock, lyrically, was very underrated for his time.

I always thought Cool C and Steady B sucked, especially Cool C. Oddly, they're both rotting in jail IIRC.

Then there are a few female rappers like Terry B or some shit like that. Fucking horrible. "Murder She Wrote" rings a bell.
