Hey guys, just curious, now that the summer is upon us, do any of you do some conditioning or other practice/training in your backyards? without any equipment aside from maybe a skipping rope.

If so, what do you do? what's your routine like?

heres mine, i just do a body weight circuit

jump rope 5min, push ups, burpees
jump rope 5min, squats, crunches
jump rope 5min, dips, mountain climbers
jump rope 5min, leg raises, push ups
and so on. i just keep going through the circuit until i'm almost ready to puke, then rest for few mins then shadow box for another 5-10mins

I"m smashing a big tire with my sledgy. Can't flip it yet...but I"m getting there. Then I put a rope on the tire and pull it like a sled.It really sucks though...cause the ground is a bit lumpy and the tire doesn't flow so well.....

Man go to the park and get creative, backyards are a little small and with you being from toronto i for one am surprised you have a yard you can skip in. Sprints, sled pulls, tire flipping, stair sprints, burpees etc are all good outdoor options.

Girljock how big is your tire? i would imagine pulling it is harder then flipping it, at least thats with the one i have.

3 mile run in the morning, 15 minues of jump roping, 200 push ups, 50 overhand pull ups is what i do in the morning every other day
