What a joke. Those strikes were CLEARLY landing on the back of the head.
There were a few, idk how mulhall didnt see that.
Very blatant. RDA showed great striking, but those back of the head shots were bad.
They may as well legalize them. It's unreasonable, especially when defending fighter buries their head into the chest
If you understand the mohawk rule, you'll know that very, very few strikes actually violate the back of the head rule.
He was clearly going out of the way to try and avoid the back of the head. It was a shit angle
This. People do not understand where the back of the head is when referring to MMA. Big john explains it very clearly in a video somewhere
What kind of mohawk though? Vitor's or Diego's?
He was hammer fisting the ear. So strikes were legit. That's why the ref allowed them
Bad stoppage and def a few to the back of the head.
Who cares. A fight is a fight. The more realistic the better.
If you ONLY give them the back of your head then......
Looks like only the last shot hit him to the back of the head after watching the replay and the fight was already being called by then.
Not the last 4 strikes.
High was getting smoked like a blunt in that fight, and wasn't defending himself after he got rocked. Good stoppage, no illegal strikes there, stop crying.
Come learn ya some
Foul = strike to the nap of the neck, base of the skull
don't turtle, raise up your head like a demon and eat those punches
Then... You have taken away your opponent's ability to legally strike your head. It is a legitimate defense by the rules.
it's basically a two inch strip on the back of the head. Some were close, and as the rule goes if you don't want to have a close call go against you don't put your self in a position to have a close call against you
Separate names with a comma.
