    Hi guys,

Rcently , i don't know why, i'm finding that I am giving up my back too easily, I have also discovered that my back escapes are terrible.:(

The only one I can every really do is to control one arm , over my head, and then turn in.

I sometimes manage to trap one leg and the same side arm and find myself a lot in this 50/50 postion where the other guy can't quite get my back but I can't quite get back to guard?
    Hope that makes sense?

    Many thanks as always guys

Check the ankles to see if they are crossed other wise ive found some really good escapes on youtube. i tend to get in positions where they move from the back to full mount.
