Baby Driver is super tight and enjoyable all the way through. Really well made film.

I honestly don't get why so many people praise Baby Driver - I feel it is just mediocre on every level. Mediocre acting, mediocre car chases, unbelievable and out of character behaviour by Spacey's character in the end.
If you want a movie about weird guys driving fast, just watch Drive.

I didn’t really like Looper, thought Baby Driver was pretty good. I should probably rewatch looper though, I was maybe kinda fucked up when I first saw it.

Looper 1st half > Baby Driver > Looper 2nd half

Driver is more instant gratification. Looper makes you work. Unfortunately it's also got a very weak second half. Looper had all the potential in the world but fell a little flat. Baby Driver is just a ton of fun.

Looper reminds me of Elysium in a way - I like the cast and the set up. I like the setting and the story. It is just missing something to push it over the top.

Liked them both, Baby Driver gets my vote for the soundtrack. I didn’t see this huge drop in quality in the second half of Looper but maybe I need to watch it again.

I vote Looper, just because it's not easy to do time travelling movie well whereas car chases imo are easier to be entertained by.
