Massachusetts is going up quick too. Used to be Boston and surrounding communities pulled the statewide average up, with remote work increasing, people are moving a little further out for more space and prices are jumping all over. Demand hasn’t dipped around the city either though. Im in a town next to Boston and my house was appraised at 300k more in July than when I bought it in late 2019.

Average house price in BC Canada is currently 750k. If you narrow it down to the greater vancouver area its like a million USD. Retarded. My place went up by nearly 300k since last year.

I know several people that moved to Idaho in the last year or two. The swarm of people moving there is for sure driving up the prices.

Where to? Meridian? Star? Kuna? Nampa?

It has weirdly common to see Texas license plates this year. I see as many Oregon plates as California plates. The natives are getting drowned out.
