I was wondering what happened with this. Heard about it a long time ago, the article itself is from January 2010. Anyone know if this actually went into law?

This is similar to gun laws in the US. They know that can't ban it outright so they look for ways to dumb it down and file it under something they can fear monger with: 'hey, you aren't down with kiddie porn are you? Good, then you can't have a problem with this because this stuff encourages it.'
