No one's "crying over ringing shit." Just pointing out that it looked very very unprofessional. Handing down a ruling that affects Silva's career and they're cracking up, putting their heads on the table and covering faces with paper while laughing. Looked like shit. Like a traffic cop giving you a speeding ticket while pointing at you, laughing and insulting your mother. Or a judge sentencing Bones to 1 year jail time, while watching a clip of Tyrone Biggums running from the cops in the background.

And yes, I think they got the ruling right.
