At what point can you talk about a movie?

So a new movie comes out like The Last Jedi, and you and a co-worker saw it and want to talk about it but someone says "be quiet I haven't saw it."

That's cool I totally understand. But let's say its a month later or 2 months later and they still won't let you talk about it.

What do you do?

Fill the room with uppercuts

Why would you still want to talk about a movie two months later?
Why not chat about it on your free time?

1week. If you haven't seen it after a week you don't really care too much. Pretty much my attitude to TLJ. If people want to talk and they are excited about it go right ahead.

37 days is the accepted norm.

Month or two? Bitch, get yo ass to the theater and watch it! If that dude is waiting for it to come out on Netflix, screw him.

First amendment bro. This isn't China. Spoil everything

What a dumb thread.

Here's what you do.

Have you seen The Last Jedi yet?

Yes: Proceed with more questions

No: Move on to a different topic.

You let other people tell you what to do?

Whenever, as long as the person you're talking to has seen it without any poor bystanders who didn't see it able to hear in the background.

You can't use that emoji in a thread complaining how people shouldn't impinge on your fan-gossip.

Please confine yourself to KPOP and/or below.

LOL, not everyone can get to the theater in a week. People deserve at least a month, probably two, before you just start blasting spoilers out into the open air.

If they haven't seen it the first day its not your problem fuck 'm

No it's a person who is over hearing the convo
That’s just “shit happens” imo. If I’m walking past two people who are talking about a movie and catch a spoiler then so be it. Can’t expect the whole fucking world to revolve around my movie viewing schedule.

sounds like a MYOB response was in perfect order

unless of course you cats were yelling across the room about a movie
