Who has never went to decision. Every Single one of her wins was by either submission or (T)KO and her two losses are both by KO. Who is another fighter that has a record like that?

Shannon Ritch is the obvious answer. There are a ton of others though, but Rousey's probably the highest profile example.

There are others. And if you think about it, you're basically saying she's a finish or be finished kind of person. Being known for only losing by KO and not by decision isn't a great selling point.

True, but with only 2 losses it doesn't say much of anything by itself. Ronda's last 2 fights have definitely ruined the aura she had around her though.
