I gave him 0 chances of winning, making fun of his stats etc...

But man, he just outclassed the second best p4p fighter in a devastating fashion, impeccable record, good wrestling, good cardio, good mental game and fight IQ, good striking, true power, he has no weakness (his chin has to be tested)...

This dude is for real, not like Conor who choose his opponents and never faced a good full camp wrestler

If he beats TJ Dillashaw he would be the #2 p4p

I was surprised for good, but I hope he losses against TJ since he's too cocky, that fight will be fireworks btw

    Also, props to @TheRuthlessOne

Definitely not a fan of the person, but he's improved a great deal. Interested to see the TJ fight a lot.

If he becomes less cocky I'd be a fan, I can understand he wanted to make a name of himself by doing those cocky movies since that's what new fans like

    Good fighter, very impressive

I'm a new fan. Great fight but the post fight stuff with the kid showed the kind of man he is. Name another champion that has done anything remotely like that. Props to Cody

I knew he would win. He wanted it more. No love!

Is he really cocky or was that a put on for his fight with Dom? I came to like him after hearing about the sick kid and it was humble of him to walk out holding the kid's hand. Can't think of another fighter that would do that.

Dom clipped him a few times and Cody was briefly stunned. But Dom isn't a power puncher. I'd say we got a little taste of how his chin can hold up. He showed to be a completely different animal tonight, that is for sure.

Cool moment, but I still don't like the guy and will be cheering for TJ. I don't like how he's manufactured beef with TJ when TJ had been a TAM guy long before he showed up and never even wanted to split from the team. I feel like he was quick to act offended because he wanted what TJ had at the time and probably got in Urijah's ear and helped make everything more dramatic.

I feel like after this fight I believe that Cody knocked TJ's ass out. And I see the same thing happening if they meet in the cage at this point.

I was rooting for Cruz all the way, but Garbrandt definitely earned a new fan tonight. Much respect to him, excited to see him vs. Dillashaw.

TJ definitely has more power than Dominick, but still isn't a massive puncher either. Cody vs. Dodson or Lineker would be very interesting.

It was a great fight, full credit to both fighters!

Great moment for Team Alpha Male as well.

    Congratulations Cody and TAM!

A spectacular showing. I just can't root for him with a good conscience. Hope TJ works him

Yeah, props to Cody. That was impressive. I really thought that Cruz would outclass him and I was very wrong.

Gotta respect that performance. Wouldn't call myself a fan but looking forward to watching him again for sure.

I'm sure he did, but TJ probably made him cry too. I think it'll be a good fight, TJ covers up more than Cruz does and knows Cody very well.

The fact that you have him 0 chance shows you need to quit doing this 2006-level prediction stuff...

Figuratively speaking, it's obvious that in MMA there is nothing sure

Can't stand the dude, and thought Dom would wax him, but he looked dominant while taunting and playing Dom's own game with him.
