that never would have crossed my mind. you're probably right. i get that the ufc does better when it can sell a show to the locals, but as a fan of the sport i would prefer to see gsp defend less in montreal and vitor to fight less in brazil and so on.

but it's a business and it's good for zuffa to bring the local boy home so i get it.

It ain't as hardcore as the PA fans though. As a Skins fan who lived in Bmore and the Pittsburgh area I casay without a doubt that the latter had by far the most hardcore asshole fans in general. I don't even need to mention Philly fans. lol

Although the Capitols/Penguins rivalry might have been the difference.
