Tied with Frank Mir currently for the record with 16 wins. If he beats Tuivasa, he will have the most at 17. Is this a shock to anyone?

Also, does it go to show how weak HW has been in the UFC, or kudos to Arlovski for the longevity.

I have eaten more meals in the last week than Arlovski has wins in the UFC.

HW is and always hs been the weakest division. Not surprised at all, when you’ve been around in the ufc as long as arlovski, I’d expect nothing less.

AA has been an active HW fighter for almost 20 years. I'm not surprised. If he somehow wins this fight. He should retire.

He must be up there for most losses too

Mir, Nelson, and Tank all have more losses at Heavyweight. I can't think of anyone else to look up who would have more.

I hope he beats that fat slob at UFC 225, but I'm not betting on it.

Yes, absolutely... You moron.

Is that why all those 205'ers come up to take the HW belt?

Being at HW makes the record all that much more impressive. Do you realise how much power these guys have?

I bet you think Demetrius Johnson is one of the greatest of all time.

Don’t you ever in your life respond to me again.

I love when he goes down cold. It’s mean and all, but I can’t get enough of it.

And all it cost him was his long term health.

Good for him. Arlovski is one of the few old school fighters that wasn't afraid to switch camps and evolve with the game. Maybe it didn't put him at the very top, but it certainly allowed him to stay relevant.

The guy's a good fighter and I'd be happy for him to get this record.

Is arlovski back in the ufc? I had no idea

Are all those wins just at hw period or hw in the ufc? I can’t even remeber him fighting that many times in the ufc much less that many wins.

Interesting

I still don’t understand the mass amounts of hate...

Arlovski is no doubt an “all time great”... He’s fought over 3 generations of the sport, has high level wins in those generations and is a former champion for a major org..

Not many fighters from his original generation are still fighting, have had the success he has or have the amount of wins he does.. He has 16 wins at HW in the UFC.... What’s the overall wins record ? 20?

Also... Many many fighters have numerous losses.. In mma, flashy records are rare and if you’ve fought at a high level for over 15 years, chances are you have at least 5-10 losses.

It’s an amazing accomplishment- There’s nothing wrong with saying “good for him, it’d be nice to see him set the record and end his career on a high note - he’s sacrificed a lot of himself”... And then move on.. simple.
