Managers won’t do shit.

Most just wanna get paid and can only get paid if/when their fighters fight.

So they need a good rapport with the UFC brass or else no one gets paid.

These fighters need to work together to unionize but most have low brain cells, that lone wolf mentality or are simply too broke to take any risks.
