Ariel is the only MMA 'journalist' who isn't a complete can.

Comparing Luke "everyone is racist" Thomas to Ariel is like comparing Roxi Modaferri's striking to Shevchenko's.

Well not really, he's the most recognizable journalist in a sport they enjoy. It's not that surprising that people recognize him and would want a picture with him because other fans they know recognize him as well.

they have completely different angles...
and look knows infinetley more about the intricacies of every aspect of the sport from a technical perspective

He rambles on about twice as long as he should. Other than that, yeah he's cool. I don't want to take a picture with him though, idc if he was on my front porch.
 
Ariel asks too many questions, and people round these parts don't like questions. Questions lead to USADA bans.

Nah, got no interest in stuff like that. Have known/know/met a fair few people who are well known, no interest in collecting things, they are all just normal people.
