Are your countries' BJJ society like my countries as well?...

Moral of the story: Never say anything bad about your former teachers or bosses to your new teachers or bosses.

Is your coach Mario Yokohama?

Yes sir. Started training with him at a PCYC (police boys club) and eventually made my way to his main gym. Very good instructor that will never bitch about his students on a blog lol!

is this recent? gracie barra korea is gone isn't it?

anyways more than enough gyms to train in seoul. if you need recommendations shoot me a fb msg to my academy or something.

The instructor should be a role model for the students. Not the opposite.

Prof. Hong Joo Pyo of Hong Joo Pyo Jiujitsu and Prof. Lee Seung Jae of MARC hooked up to form GBK couple years ago i think.

Fuck that. I beat a black belt with a move I learned on the internet.

Wut? If my professor ever told me I wasn't allowed to supplement my training with instructionals, YouTube, or by watching black belt competitions and I was ONLY allowed to use techniques that he personally showed me, I'd leave. That's absurd.

Right? And as a purple belt.
