I truly believe this is his last.

Not because DC is gonna beat him into retirement or anything morbid like that.

Simply because I think his pay day is going to be 8 figures and this will be the biggest stage he will fight at ever again.

I can see him giving that good bye speech after the bout.

Doesn't he give a good bye speech after every fight these days anyway?

That actually makes sense.

I don't think he'd take this if it wasn't his last fight.

His last win was in October 2012....

I sure hope it's the last one.

Respect him tho.
Thank you for stepping up.

You never was my favorite fighter, but you are a true warrior.

Actually his last win was in 2015. Sure it's a NC due to steroids but he still won the fight. And it doesen't make sense to value the record on wikipedia higher than what actually happened in the fight, when using it to argue he should retire.

N/C isn't a win sorry.
Stop it.

8 figure salary? I don't think the UFC was anywhere near that desperate to keep DC on this card. It's not even the main event anymore.

Why isn't the belt on the line??? If Anderson mauls Cormier, that makes him the champ.

8 figure salary...? Hmmmm.. Beyond doubtful. In fact id wage it was less than 7 figures.

but wait...

if Silva beat Cormier, then

McGregor > Aldo > Edgar > Penn > Sanchez > Kampmann > Ellenberger > Shields > Henderson > Bisping > Rockhold > Weidman > Silva > Cormier

Oh. My. God

Oh. My. God
So Mcgregor would beat DC

I sure hope he hangs them up if he gets the L. He hasn't won in almost decade

Nah. He has a few more wins in him. Against veterans like Hendo,Bisping. He can do it.

Silva is probably gonna try to stall in guard.
