This situation is a joke. Conor being Conor as usual. He'll be fine guys. Just as he got himself out of previous troubles he was involved in (bar fight, referee push, mansion gate ;)

What happened will only serve the purpose to draw more ppv for him next time he fights. Because he will fight again. Just like Jones fought again and will fight again. They will only get more fame and more excitement before their next fights.

What happens just happens for Conor. He could not give any fuck. Loyalty counts more in his eyes that what sherdoggers could think of him or his morality. He can be the king of c*nts and still get paid more and more each time he fights.

It's a publicity stunt thought up by him and Dana. So that even though they have stripped him and are going to have a new lightweight champion, everyone is still talking about Conor.

They are just keeping Conor relevant and in the public eye, it also helps build the hype for the khabib fight which i expect to take place at the end of the year.

Conot isn't ready to fight yet and this gives him the perfect excuse. He will conveniently get a 6 month ban and be back in November/December.

Why would UFC want to keep Conor relevant if he's not fighting, and probably never won't again because he may get suspended for life or even go to jail. He can get sued for millions, have visa issues etc.

Do some people honestly believe that UFC would put other fighters' health in risk to keep a guy who they are unsure if he will ever fight again, relevant?
 
A couple of decades ago a local pub here in the UK refused to serve an Irishman, only for a mob of tinkers (Irish traveler's) to return on the same day to storm the place, punters and staff were assaulted and even the toilets were raided. It is common knowledge that if you cross one you cross them all.

I once saw a wreck so bad that a Medivac helicopter had to land directly on the highway to take people away. I looked, but I wasn't "entertained" by that either.

I'm less entertained with 3 less fights on the card, actually. I hope Conor gets the shit sued out of him, since money is all he cares about anyway. He should get hit where it hurts him most. I guarantee Burger King is dropping his ass.
