Are you guys going to use TRT when you hit around 40?

Sounds more like he was shooting blanks..

"Clomid is prescribed off-label for male infertility, particularly where low testosterone levels are observed."
They give it to male and females for fertility, but also give it to men for low test, they say its safer if men want to have babies, where TRT can lower sperm counts. Downside of clomid is vision loss, most people who take it say they get blurred vision or floaters. So nothing is side effect free. My friend never experienced vision issues though so he was lucky.

In before @TidWell starts his Tren/Winstrol cycle

WebMD says
"Treating normal aging with testosterone therapy is not advisable. If you don't have a medical condition that's contributing to your decline in testosterone levels, your doctor might suggest natural ways to boost testosterone, such as losing weight and increasing muscle mass through resistance exercise."

I feel good 50 my dad is still a stud at 75 and still runs and takes nothing not even an asprin. I'ma ask my doctor next time I see him but I doubt it since i do what that blurb says. I run 4-6x a week to keep weight down. Lift.. not heavy... im naturally thick mesomorph type, so I do 3 sets of 15 to lean out and keep tendons/ligaments strong.

If a doctor recommends it for me sure, otherwise no. I am not going to seek it.

to get approved for TRT, you have to go to those anti-aging clinics.

I would but my country is so behind that you may as well be hitting a doctor up for a prescription of heroin

In third world countries like Brazil I heard they give TRT out like candy

Don't want to mess with what I already got and can try to keep up naturally. As far as finding low levels one day, we'll see. But not a problem, but lifestyle is such a huge part. Exercise and diet and a big part of keeping your body optimal for longer.

one of the BIGGEST killers of libido and energy in men is Stress.

Yeah, true. The more I think about it, society is more threatening to individual man than the natural world is.
yes men die 10 years younger than women, men also have high heart issues rate, Ive seen some high stress marriages man men working to the bone only to get nagged on by their woman, and in modern times with social media house wives now fooling around while the man works.

Stress is a killer man, it release bad hormones in your body I think cortisol or something. its why they say the mind is a powerful thing there are people who can work and not get stress those multi tasking business men who live to be 100 and do a lot of shit their mind is built different, they dont worry or stress they can handle the workload and think on the brighter side where as a guy who is negative and stress and worrying will get health issues and early greying and baggy eyes, and low libido.

I'm fairly uninformed but do you not need a legit medical reason to get it prescribed to you?
It's not really that hard but it's very expensive. There's this "wellness" & "anti aging" clinic not that far from me. Costs a few thousands just for a 2-3 months supply of test + consultations etc.

Oh, wow. Doesn't your health insurance cover TRT? Mine does here in the States.

When I lived back in New Tork state I was referred to a urologist by my primary after a blood test revealed that my T levels were low. And the urologist was the one who handled my prescriptions for TRT with a three-month supply. Then I had to return for routine blood tests & a new prescription. When I moved to Arizona though, my primary began to handle everything that the urologist did in NY. Eliminating my co-pay of $40 for a specialist. So, I have no out of pocket expenses for TRT other than the $2 that I pay as my prescription co-pay for the testosterone itself.

lol no way brother, TRT is as far as id go, I almost got on clomid until I found out about the vision issues people had

Damn near everything has at least a small chance of some terrible side effects. Read those pamphlets the next time you get any prescription from a doctor...

I got off of it almost 2 years ago. Was on for about a lil over 3 years.
I didn’t like being so bulky & holding a bit of water or having to take adex to keep e2 down & reduce water retention.

May not be 100% as strong, (can barely tell any difference, & squats still went up) but all in all better for my needs.
Im 42 and feel good; test levels are consistently above 600 ng & free test are 20+ ng.

No need for test levels to be around 1200 & above.

May revisit again around 50+ ish to see if beneficial in my case.

with care for diet and exercise, there isn't real massive drop in physical prowess way into your fifties.
stop buying the rogan broscience bullshit.

No I'm 50 feel great... My parents are mid 70s dont take anything either. My dad is still a stud runs4 miles every other day and has muscles. It's called eating right - e.g. lots of veggies, exercise and don't pollute yourself with stress, drugs or alcohol. Granted some underlying medical conditions need a pharmaceutical boost but that's not most of us if we take care of ourselves.
<Huh2>
where do pb mnms fall ?
