just watched the video, and man... i saw nothing unusual, i only hear dramatic music and text that say things we are supposed to believe, like 45 minutes in the sauna and 50 minutes running before 5 rounds padwork...Gtfo

hey, here is a solution: Go to the next weigh class and dont be a pussy about it. You are trying to get an advantage over smaller fighters and now you try to make us all feel sorry for ya..tough shit!

Fedor for example doesnt give a shit how much bigger his opponents are, so do a lot of other fighters...

They're pushing him with everything they've got.

Hell no - Homie does it to himself, and BRAGS about him being a LHW fighting at welter, and even says, "And there's not a f*cking thing anyone can do about it."

He's a moron for ballooning up, and nearly killing himself to fight in a weight class he has no business fighting in. Just dumb.

Yes it's pretty ridiculous, but now that Bisping retired they need a British fighter to promote as the next elite.

cutting weight sucks, sure. but if someone is having that difficult of a cut in their last week, they should have ate, trained and planned better in the previous 5-7 weeks... OR if you can't make the weight, go up a weight class.

*zero* sympathy for the weight cut...only for the personal issues he was dealing with at the time.

Looked pretty rough, but no sympathy for him.
Fuck weight cutting. The only thing he's really cutting by dehydrating himself like that is years off his career.

Weight cutting is beyond stupid and should be banned.

I'll never feel sorry for anyone that chooses to dehydrate there body to gain an advantage. That goes for Cyborg and those weepy vids of her rolling around on the sauna floor. You agreed to do this to your body.

what exactly did look "rough" for you?? every weight cut looks like that. we didnt even see anything.

They're simply trying to find a way to justify the fact they bumped him up in the welterweight rankings after winning a catchweight fight,

No. It's a choice the fighter and his camp have chose to make.

if sympathy is indeed what they were going for, then it sure backfired.

because in the few dozen threads on this topic all morning, most responses are as angry as TS's.

I actually agree with this. Huge fighters who cut down are going to go through hell doing it. It's hard to feel bad for them. I like how our local show BFL here in BC handles things. Fighters can't weight more than 10% of their fight weight two weeks out. It prevents fighters from cutting stupid amounts of weight. The UFC should do the same. It just isn't healthy and it's gone too far.

Nope. The dude should either move up, or get his diet right.

It was not a ripped guy who missed weight.. So alot can be done at the dinner table.

In her case not really when there wasnt a 145 weight class and she was forced to take fights at 135. Girls avoided her like the plague even when she was at 135. Stop trying to justify your hatred towards Cyborg just cause she not a pretty blond.

I watched this video and wept for the young lad. What courage. What strength. I am now a fan, Mr. Darren Till. For life.

This has to stop.

If you need to do this to yourself to make weight you need to change weight classes.
