Are u confident Jones chin will survive the Rumble?

Who the hell thought Gus had the best chin in MMA? He took some good shots from Shogun and Jones, but I haven't seen anywhere near enough to make a bold claim like that.

He was even rocked by Jones and on the verge of being TKOd

I agree with you that Mark Hunt has a much better chin than Gus, however I wouldn't say it's the best chin in MMA. Statistically Hunt has been knocked out more than Gus. Not taking away anything from Hunt, all of those shots would have taken out Gus too and so would have some big shots that Hunt survived.

i'm not saying Hunt has the best chin in MMA either, but he's been tested by way more devastating strikes then Gus has.

he's eaten multiple Mirko high kicks in Mirko's prime. he's survived Jerome Le Banner's onslaughts, he's eaten JDS's overhand right and shrugged it off, he's eaten some unbelievable shots.

i'm just saying, when guys like Mark Hunt, Roy Nelson, Big Nog, and Dan Henderson are in MMA i don't know how you can claim Gus has the best chin in MMA, he's never been hit like those guys have been hit.

most of those guys chins are diminished now a days, but back when they were the same age as Gus they were eating massive shots and still moving forward.

As others have said, if jones gets hit flush id be very, very surprised his chin holds up.
If it did, itd be a hell of a feat.

Rumble hits really hard and if he connects flush at the right time, anyone can be put down. Still, Jones keeps winning and I don't see it changing when he fights Rumble so I don't think it will matter.

I agree with you about others having significantly better chins. I didn't even think Gus had a great chin to start with, don't know where people got that notion. It might have something to do with the fact that their beloved Shogun couldn't put him out.
